Management Team


Danielle Burgess is the Registered Nurse for ACCnet21. During her working history she has had the opportunity to experience a diversity of industries. Danielle has worked in and received formal qualifications in Child Care, and is passionate about education and sharing her knowledge and experiences with others within the disability and medical model framework.


Kim Croft has contributed to the continuous improvement systems and has an in depth understanding of the complexities and challenges associated with quality initiatives and customer service principles, including complaints management. Kim has a certificate in Quality Management Systems and a Lead Auditor Certification.  As the Quality & Compliance Manager Kim is responsible for the development and implementation of an organisational wide quality framework system, to ensure compliance and certification against the Human Services Quality Standards, registration under the Children and Young Persons Act 1998, compliance as a class 3 housing provider under the Housing Act and the Regulatory Code, and development of a Quality framework that meets the Australian/ New Zealand Standard AS/NZS ISO 9001:2015.



Debbie Stewart as the founder and driving force for the past 20 years, Debbie has been instrumental in making ACCnet21 what it is today. Before establishing ACCnet21 Debbie worked directly with people with disability in QLD as part of the Alternative Living Service. Over the years Debbie has overseen and implemented a significant number of innovations that have improved the lives of people with a disability and the way that their services are designed and delivered.


Chief Executive Officer

Nicki Wright joined the ACCnet21 team in April 2017 and brings to the role a diverse range of skills and expertise from a wide range of industries. In her previous role of Chief Executive Officer, Nicki was responsible for growing an international franchise business from eleven outlets to over fifty seven, within a three year period. This achievement was listed in the 2016 BRW Fastest 100, where her company was ranked number 2. 



Amanda McDonald is responsible for the development and maintenance of sites, libraries and registers within the company intranet. A business and customer service background underlies her motivation to provide the skills and knowledge to staff, to assist them in dealing with the rapidly changing intranet environment. Amanda has qualifications in Business Administration, and Training and Assessment; with over 10 years' experience as a small business owner and providing small business bookkeeping in the Tamworth area prior to joining ACCnet21.


Jenn Veltman has spent more than half her life either furthering her education or building her experience in the health and disability sectors.  With degrees in both health and business she brings a well-rounded understanding of both frontline staffing and managing organisational need.  In 1997 when Jenn moved to Australia and focused on remote Indigenous Health and Emergency Medicine, for 2 years, before moving into health capital works and project management.  In 2002, Jenn moved to the Gold Coast switching from Health to the Disability Sector, starting from a regional government office as a Quality Officer, during which time she obtained diplomas in QMS Auditing and Occupational Health and Safety.  With these added skillsets Jenn moved to a QMS senior position for a number of years before making a transition to the disability private sector.


Steven Pike is a member of CPA Australia. He has an NSW TAFE Advanced Diploma in Accounting, and a Bachelor of Business degree from Southern Cross University. After leaving university, he worked in a variety of industries including Finance and Retail. Steven joined the Corporate Link Services team in September 2000.



Raoul Marks heads up our Housing portfolio. Raoul had extensive experience in the Building Industry before changing vocations and beginning work in the Disability sector 25 years ago. Raoul has a Diploma in Management and a Certificate 1V in Training and Assessment and is currently completing a Social Housing qualification. His extensive industry experience, his passion to support people with disabilities and his will to get things done ensures that he is a valued member of our team.


Grant Carson joined ACCnet21 in 2008 and comes with a wealth of experience in both the not for profit and finance industries. Prior to joining ACCnet21 Grant held a senior management position with Royal Blind Society, involving regional development within NSW. Grant has also held management positions with leading financial institutions and managed his own business for several years. Grant has qualifications in business and WH&S.
